Many Americans believe that getting higher education implies finding a high-paying job. Therefore, parents assuming that attending college is guarantee for employment, convince their children to attend college although their children may not want to apply to. However, many people still can be successful in their life without any college degrees. For example, Ashley Qualls, founder of Whateverlife.com, left high school at the age of 15. Carl Lindner, billionaire investor and founder of United Dairy Farmers, dropped out of high school at the age of 14. Also, a study shows that the unemployment rate for college graduated students has been increased. Consequently, having a college degree is not absolutely leading to a job successfully.

The college, its tuition costing a lot of money, do not promise of higher income after students graduated. According to the College Board, the average cost of tuition and fees for the 2014–2015 school year was $31,231dollars at private colleges, $9,139 dollars for state residents at public colleges. (“College Board”) Also, the international students and the out-states students cost more expensive than these prices. In addition, the government has been raised the college tuition, so many students struggle to complete their college education.
