Get Drivers License

I think that drivers should not have to have a high school degree in order to obtain a drivers license. This bill will be impacting many people, along with taking away a small chunk of freedom that some teenagers are able to have. I don’t really have an interest in getting my own license, but I know there are also people my age out there who are counting down the days until they’re able to drive on their own.

This bill is going to make life much harder for teenagers than it needs to be. Its going to be very difficult for them to get a job that isn’t close by due to the fact that they couldn’t easily get to and from their workplace. Another thing that this bill would make difficult could be getting to and from school since some parents have

There are also many adults who don’t have a high school degree and would have to change their current lifestyle to fit in the time for finishing high school just to get their drivers license. This could result in some people having to quit their jobs which might leave some workplaces shorthanded.

Even the people in the community who don’t have a direct problem with this bill are going to be inconvenienced by it. There are going to be less teenagers available for jobs since they won’t be able to drive themselves to their workplace and some families really need that extra income. There will also need to be more busses to assist with taking children to school and safer public transportation for the adults who aren’t able to have a license so they can continue to attend their jobs without too much fear. More sidewalks and bike lanes are another idea to be considered if this bill were to pass, if teenagers and some adults are walking or biking to either their school or workplace they should be able to get there as safely as they can. On the contrariwise, this bill would fill the roads with older drivers and take some of the more irresponsible teenage drivers off the road along with having a few less drivers on the road in

If we go deeper into this we can see that this affects races also. A study done by the University of Houston and Rice University Baker Institute shows that in the congressional district 23, which commonly known as a Latino major district showed that about 76.9% of the people that were there could not vote because of the not possessing a valid I.D, and it also showed that 10.6% were not able to vote because of the voter I.D law. That is just one example of how wrong this bill is in not giving constitutional rights to many Texans. At the end of that primary the state of Texas had a statewide voter turnout of about 28.3% which was one of the lowest in the…

The S.T.A.N.D.U.P Act will require every state in America to make a Graduated License System with requirements and restrictions for young drivers. Due to this danger it is a misdemeanor and because of this it will stay on your record permanently. If you are a motorist and you are on a road with two lanes of traffic going in the opposite direction you must stop when a bus is flashing its red lights and extends its stop arm out on its left side. This also applies when the road has a turn lane in between those two lanes but not on a highway when there are four or more lanes.
