Damaris was told the gestational diabetes can be controlled with diet and exercise and was referred to a dietician in the hospital for a consult. She was advised to follow a meal plan of approximately ____ kcal. Her meal plan consisted of whole grain breads, fruits and vegetables along with high fiber foods.
