Hamlet has many people in his life that lead to his downfall, but Gertrude becomes one of the worst as becomes a bystander watching Hamlet fall, and she leads him to murder. Gertrude is one of the main reasons that Hamlet’s path to tragedy begins, as she is part of his father’s murder, but the next quotes shows how little she cares about Hamlet as she tells him by tells him to move on, on the day of his funeral.
