Salvatore Giaimo 1380 West Street Rd., Warminster, Pa. 18974 (215) 674-5550 was advised of the identity of Investigator Sean P. Brennan and of the confidential nature and purpose of the interview, Giaimo, provided the following information:
Giaimo is the owner of Giuseppe’s Pizza located at 1380 West Street Rd., Warminster, Pa. 18974. He has been in business for over 42 years.
Giaimo explained he and his family owned at one time a Real Estate business, but he got out of that business years ago. His family is now out of the business too. Giaimo owns a house that he would rent out located at 1380 West Street Rd., Warminster, Pa. 18974. He said the house he rents is situated right next to his restaurant in the same shopping mart. Giaimo rented the house to Christopher Courchain because there was a fire at his house and he needed a place to stay until his house was fixed. This was sometime in 2010. Courchain’s insurance company worked out the details to let Courchain live at the house. Courchain lived there at the house for approximately 8 months. Giaimo indicated that when Courchain’s family moved back to his house they left significant damaged to Giaimo’s house. Giaimo stated he is friendly Finello, just like he is with all his customers .Giaimo believes that’s the way you do business. Giaimo doesn’t socialize with Finello and has never met him outside of the restaurant, but does business with Finello’s Rotary Club of Warrington. The club meets at his restaurant every Wednesday for lunch. Giaimo’s further explained that the Rotary Club from Warminster also meets there for breakfast every Tuesday. Giaimo was voted an honorary member of one of the clubs but he doesn’t remember which one. He doesn’t attend any meetings for either
