The world is made up of numbers of countries, and each country has different kinds of unique cultures. Germany’s culture is very rich that is built, to name a few things, upon the German’s love of art, food and sports. German’s also has their unique behaviors and etiquette when it comes to simple things such as meet and greet, introducing or addressing people with their professional titles. Germany also has certain cultural ways when it comes to social gathering, food, and dining, and some of just don’t do when out in public. Like any other countries, Germany has what they call traditional food, or maybe we can say their favorites or go to foods. Sauerkraut and Bratwurst with a type of beer called lager are the foods that most identify Germans. These traditional foods have been adapted among Germans for so many years and do have special meaning to the people in Germany. There are also what we call staple foods in Germany such as potatoes, noodles vegetables, pastries, pork, beef, lamb, chicken, and fish. They take it very serious whether it’s a business or just a simple social gathering. There are clocks everywhere, so there is no excuse for being late to anything, so if somehow you run late, let’s say a meeting of any kind, you will get frowned. The host of a party or a social gathering would much appreciate it if all the guest were on time. But never bring roses because it is just for lovers or flowers in even numbers. Refreshments are most likely served at a social dinner.
