These days when families go in to adopt or buy a new dog for their family the last thing on their mind is going to be is to buy a pitbull. However, parolees are typically seen as men who had done a crime that goes against everyone's moral standing. It also goes hand in hand with how movies, tv, advertising, and magazines (pg. 19) always depicts someone as cruel. Society is given another false impression on reality. Social media plays a part in how another person's story is twisted and not all facts are given at the time. There are many parolees who are being stereotyped against because in reality he or she may have done a crime to take care of their family. The show does not attempt for the audience to have empathy on those who have done a crime but make the audience have an understanding on what the crime was at the time.
All in all impediment are placed on every concept of life. These concepts can be formed based on news media, social media, or formed throughout experiences in life. However, society only has one point of view that usually never is questioned.
