Mr. Geovanni is currently in the action stage of change with this goal. During the Half, Mr. Geovanni express that his has lost weight due to his change of eating. Mr. Geovanni express that it is a constant strive however, he continues to monitor what he cooks and uses less salt. In pertaining to his health Mr. Geovanni has Asthma in which he monitors daily. He also continues to adhere to his mental health medication. Mr. Geovanni express that he is happy maintain his health and that he has come a long way. Wellness Coach Ms. Cain continues to encourage Mr. Geovanni and that he is thankful for the support of staff. Mr. Geovanni express that he wants to continue working on this goal for the next half.
