Georgia is the 24th largest state and the 9th populous state in the nation. Georgia capital is Atlanta; however some of the major cities include Columbus, Savannah, and Macon. It was founded by James Oglethorpe in February 12, 1733. The state of Georgia is also recognized as “the Peach State” and “the Empire State of the South.” Georgia has 159 counties, the 2nd state with the most counties in the United States. The state motto of Georgia is wisdom, justice, and moderation. In recent years, the Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport has become the busiest airport attracting people from across the globe.

The fast-growing industry in Georgia is the film industry. The Motion Picture Association of America reported, the Georgia film industry currently ranks 3rd in the nation behind California and New York. It pulls in nearly 3,000 motion-picture and television industry businesses, including 1,957 production-related companies. The film industry has a direct spend of $2.02 billion. In the 2016 fiscal year, the economic impact was more than $7 million going up
