This device is a new order for a non-cellular model. A lower cost price device with not meet minimum duty needs since this is a new device essential for George Tucker, to carry out his responsibilities as Branch Chief for NIEHS, Grants Management Branch (GMB). Mr. Tucker had utilized an iPad loaner from NIEHS Computer Branch until it malfunctioned and so now is requesting a new device to use. Specifically, the iPad allows Mr. Tucker heighten security since is it difficult for malware to find its way onto the device, performance tends to be faster than some laptops, he has versatility such as the fingerprint sensor and back-facing camera, as well it offers accessibility to ease of reading email and allows direct communication with his team members
