Has it ever crossed your mind that Pigs are incredibly intelligent animals? Although they can be sloppy, they have broad minds and are very sociable with others animals. However, the story of The Three Little Pigs proves this fact otherwise on some terms. In the story, three Pigs are freed into the world to live on their own. They independently find different supplies to build their own houses. The first two Pigs found unsteady materials; straw and furze. These pigs were not the smartest with their choices, for the blood-thirsty Wolf easily blew their houses down and the pigs became his dinner. But the third pig was very different from the others. He had built his house from bricks and the Wolf was unable to blow it down. The Wolf’s desire …show more content…
The Wolf had assumed all the pigs would be easy to fool and devour. Since the first two were quite easy for him, he thought the third pig would be also. But the third pig was different and plotted against the Wolf. By the end of the story, the Wolf was fully proven wrong when he became the Pig’s dinner. The author wrote, “When the little Pig saw what he was about, he hung on the pot full of water, and made up a blazing fire, and, just as the Wolf was coming down, took off the cover of the pot, and in fell the Wolf. And the little Pig put on the cover again in an instant, boiled him up, and ate him for supper, and lived happy ever after,” (page 24). The Wolf had not expected to be outsmarted by the third pig. He had thought he would be just as easy to fool like the first two, but the third was unique and changed his perspective. Ultimately, the Pig had changed roles and in the end, the Wolf was eaten. This displays that the Pig is unique because generally, pigs are seen as unintelligent and friendly animals, but the third pig was different by exceeding all of those standards. One can admire the third Pig the most because he was unique and proved the Wolf’s assumption

In the Looney Tunes cartoon “Pigs in Polka”, the three little pigs each show different attributes such as stubbornness, carelessness, and staying focused. For example, the first pig uses hay to build his house in a matter of seconds (“Pigs in Polka”). The first pig’s stubbornness is shown when he uses dry grass to construct his structurally unsafe house quickly, so that he can move on to more fun things. Once the wolf comes around, the first pig realizes his mistake, but it is too late, his house is destroyed without even putting up a fight. In addition, after the first pig completes his house, the second pig uses matches to construct his unsafe dwelling (“Pigs in Polka”).…

Napoleon, who becomes the leader of Animal Farm, destroys the freedom and equality with his threatening, strategic ways and exploiting the situation the animals are in.
