I really like this story because of how it is so real, but fiction at the same time. I feel like I could read this book 100 times and still find new concepts and make more connections. The main point that I took away from Animal Farm that really stands out to me is how power can go to someone's head and make them feel above their peers, and entitled to things. When this happens things are not equal, and the person with the power completely controls everyone else. Them being the smartest all of the animals look up to them and put their opinion over their own. Napoleon knew that he was smarter than all of the other animals so he used that “power”, and eventually abused it. We can definitely see this in today's government and presidency. We see people who have lots of “power”, and people who look up to them because of how powerful they are, then they control them and can basically do whatever they want. It is very hard to make the right decisions all the time, especially when you have that much influence but you have to not let all of that go to your head, and stay humble when you are that
