The meeting places depend on the location of the members and often it will take place where it is closest to each member to prevent time being wasted on getting to the location. The meeting place that every team member agrees one will be the specific space where we can complete the work required. Since attendance is also part of the assignment, the meetings will be the best opportunity for each member to obtain feedback from each other. Meeting in a quiet and more secluded place would allow work to be done with more ease and would eliminate loud environments from making it hard to communicate. Being in a smaller area would allow an atmosphere of work to develop and brings the team members closer to discuss together. Smaller areas also decreases the amount of distractions there can be versus being in a crowded atrium or café. The smaller the meeting place the better and more work can be finished. The best time of the meeting would be during the day to avoid any absences due to early morning forgetfulness and late night shift complications. During the daylight hours, the atmosphere feels more productive and since it’s not yet dark it feels like there is more time to get things done. Access to internet is a requirement in choosing a proper meeting place and so is plug access to charge electronics.
