A huge piece of evidence that the prosecution tried to ignore was the garage bag that George Anthony and the man at the towing company. They have no idea how long the that garage bag was in the car. Once the police department collect that bag and place into an air tight room everything dried out. At that point there was no way to tell if the smell in Casey Anthony’s trunk was from the garage or the rotting body of Caylee Anthony. Not to add that the tow driver never admitted to smelling anything wrong with the car.
