For example, when I'm struggling with school work or things going on at school, I can sit down with her and she is willing to help me and even get some school work done. She also likes to sit down with me and go through my grades and say I need to improve in the class with studying for every test because I wasn't doing so well. But then there are times were she will say, "I like all of your grades in these classes because you try hard and you get your homework done every day, but then I really need you to try harder in this specific class." She has become a second mother to me because she actually sits down with me and actually cares about me and my schooling. Another example that my sister has taught me about life situations is advice on the right times to ask off for work. For example, she has advised me specific times to take off such as if there are any special holidays, like Christmas Eve, part of tulip festival, and some birthdays. My sister has also taught me to not ask off for certain days for just hanging out with friends, days that I just want to sit and relax, and Halloween. I am getting to the age where I don't need to go to Halloween. For work she has taught me if I'm struggling with something to not take it out on other people at work because it's not their fault. They may not even know what's going on so they will get confused very
