The parts are clearly labeled and packed separately. Moreover, the installation program is easily programmed. This makes installation easier. and quicker. Garage door openers are used frequently. If the family is large and if there are two or more cars, it can get worn easily. To prevent wear and tear most of the products need frequent lubrication. This is not the case with Genie 1022. It needs very little maintenance because of the special factory-installed chain.
