Genesis 3-11 tells us how humanity constantly sinned against God by distorting the original perfect image God had made in Genesis 1 and 2. A question I’m curious about is who wrote the book of Genesis? Who did Noah tell after the flood who would have recorded this story of the flood in Genesis many years later? I learned that Adam lived to be 930 years old which is awesome because I never knew how long he lived after the fall. When the scriptures say that God created us in His image, it does not mean physically in His image because God is spirit. Rather, we were created with spiritual capacity, which means we are meant to reflect His nature in the world. It also means that we were created as relational beings that can communicate with Him
