I see it as a full-time job. Oliver, founder of theAudience, has one of the most demanding jobs there could be. It is not mentioned in the video, but I am sure he gets indefinitely requests from people wanting to work with him. He finds a way to use the currency of likes and turning them into the currency of life. I am extremely amazed at how far we have come with technology. Technology, apart from fancy gadgets, computers and new inventions, have created a whole other field of jobs, this is huge to our economy. Social media is actually helping younger minds learn about advertising and how popularity can sometimes make you acknowledge by bigger companies and help you make a name for yourself. In conclusion I found this documentary very informative, there are not a whole lot of documentaries that give us inside information on how these celebrities are being made, and what they do to be who they are. What I liked about “Generation Like” is that we learn the past, the present and what these people expect for the future, and also seeing them grow in their field.
