The patient is a direct admit, 72-year-old female who presented with generalized weakness. Her primary doctor is Dr. Delacruz This generalized weakness has been present for the past two-weeks and has actually worsening associated with exertional chest pain and shortness of breath. The patient does not have any fever, chills or cough, no nausea, vomiting or abdominal pain. As outpatient she was seen by renal and hematology with hemoglobin of 7.9 about 5 days ago and now she presents with a hemoglobin of 6.3 and potassium was 5.7. She is now admitted for management.
