On an isolated island, an ultimate man who is stranded has to face the obstacle of being hunted by another man. Rainsford who is a dynamic character, changes throughout the story because of the actions that General Zaroff made. Zaroff is a static character who made foul choices throughout the story which caused him problems. You are able to notice how Rainsford was able to develop change while Zaroff on the other hand showed no sign of change. A young hunter named Rainsford winds up on an isolated island and stumbles upon into a situation where he struggles for his life as prey for General Zaroff. Rainsford was no criminal, simply just a hunter and even when in the battlefield, that still didn’t make him a condoned cold
