As the Secretary of General Staff, I plan and supervise all the conferences chaired by the Division Commander, Assistant Division Commander, and Chief of Staff of 7th Infantry Division. I direct the preparation of itineraries for distinguish visitors of the headquarters and monitor its execution. Likewise, I monitor the preparation and execution of all official social events and ceremonies involving the Commander, Assistant Division Commander and the Chief of Staff. Furthermore, I also serve as the informal and formal point of contact for liaison officers and Assistant Chief of Staffs.

My other responsibility is as the official speech writer for the big three bosses of the division. At the same time, I am responsible for the preparation of
