General Motors in short form also known as GM, and it considered as one of the largest company of cars and auto motors. It was established and incorporates about the century ago. William Crapo Durant founded General Motors on 16th September 1908 as the holding company of McLaughlin and Buick Motor Company in the city of America i.e. New Jersey. William incorporates General Motors with the capital of $2,000 in the year 1908. William Crapo Durant made General Motors after the success of Buick Motors, which established in the year 1903, and William took charge of Buick Company in 1904 and made it successful as much that it captured the market and considered as the leading company in the industry.
