Mother is the most important pillar of the house .If a mother goes to work, and then this can be very challenging. Most of them work to support the family financially and to make sure that the kids are getting an ideal environment to grow up and learn. They feel proud and confident that they are making their existence useful and have self-assurance because they are contributing to their family and to the Organization. With sixty-three million women working and 62% of those women maintaining families. Working women tend to teach their children independence, curiosity, and ambition. In addition, the magazine idientified Genentech's commitment to encouraging women at workplace. It’s analysed that at Genentech 40 percent of top earners are women and more than one-third of all executives, and the company's identification and development of potential successors program may increase these numbers. Working Woman also recognized Genentech for its interest in helping women employees balance the demands of work at office and life by reviewing and analysing its benefits in relation to other leading companies.
