Gene doping is the act of genetically modifying cells and injecting them into the human body and is an illegal strategy for improving athletic performance. It is a topic with a lot of controversy and debate around it when associated with athletics. Most people argue that it is illicit and should be viewed as unlawful. Though the question I want to know is, if it is ethical?

Colleges and hospitals could punish staff members for performing a human experiment not affirmed by the ethics committee. In the event that the doctor hurt the athlete, he could be sued and, or confront numerous consequences. So people argue that it puts the individual athlete in a risk of health issues, though the procedures will become safer and more reliable over time.
The second argument is injustice because particular athletes will have access to gene doping before other athletes especially if they are trying to get it in safe and effective quantities. Although if it was allowed everyone would have access to it so it would not be unfair.
Third is the risk to different competitors, if gene doping were permitted, and one competitor did it. Everybody would feel influenced and the inclination to attempt it would increment if they did not want to not lose. If athletes would be willing to take large amounts of genetic enhancements it would have everybody to a great degree competitive. The result of this would undoubtedly turn into a public health catastrophe.
Sports are constituted by rules and if gene doping was allowed it entirely change sports. It would be like wearing rollerblades in marathon or having springs on the end of your shoes to jump higher. New rules would have to constituted to fit it into
