There are many researchers which refer gender stereotypes to the characteristics or behaviors of men and women. Williams & Best (1990) claimed that women were more communal and expressive while men are considered to be instrumental and agentic of traits. They also considered that the traits communal and expressive of females make them to an interpersonally orientation who concerned more about reward and relationship with others. Therefore, females are more perceived to be kind, nice and enthusiastic at the same time are motivated by need of nursing and friendship. (Williams & Best, 1990). Some scholars claim that if one gender becomes salient and too important to influence performance in settings where women in a male-dominated setting,, the gender stereotype might be occurred and linked to the job elements (Ridgeway and Correli; 2004; Ridgeway 2006; Bobbitt-zeher,2011). Some researchers focusing on stereotypes argue that female occupied the position which dominated by men who may be more easier to face gender discrimination. The consequence of this result may from males who want to get privilege in these industries. Moreover, women in these setting which men dominated meet much more harassment as male want to interpret women presences which a menace to men’s position (Chamberlain et al. 2008; Bobbitt-zeher,2011). Bobbitt-zeher (2011) also considered that although the cultural influence or organizational structure affected the gender stereotypes of women at work place, gender stereotyped also connected to interaction and actions. The main methods which are quantitative method and qualitative method. In this article it will use qualitative method. The main difference between the quality method and quantity method is how to get the theory. For quality method the theory be gotten through inductive while for quantity method the theory from deductive (Bryman and Bell, 2011). Qualitative method focuses on the participants and qualitative interviewing and concerns with words, in this method, researchers also need intuition, experience and collect the past the present even the lasted information and knowledge to judge the characteristics, development and rules of changes of objective (Bryman and Bell, 2011). In contrast, quantitative method focuses on case study and need a large number ground theory and number and it usually bases on the statistical data, the establishment of mathematical model, then analyses the index of objective to give the result (Bryman and Bell,
