When he retires at age 60, she would have to work 10 more years, to age 70, to make up the difference and close this lifetime wage gap.” It is very unacceptable for a man to get paid more than a woman if they’re doing the same job. Upon my research I came upon two most common excuses which were “Men work harder than women,” and “women leave the workforce to have children.” As you can see, I referred to these sayings as “excuses” because they were more likely to come from a man's perspective and can be proven otherwise.
