In terms of economic growth women who are leaders in other countries have a higher economic growth than those countries who have men in power. Studies show that countries with women leaders, such as the United Kingdom, Germany, Brazil and Argentina; are associated with higher economic growth in their countries. Also by women not being in many of the public offices or being poorly represented has a negative effect on policy making. However women being involved in economic participation promotes agricultural productivity and enterprise development on a small and medium enterprise level. By this we mean that it reduces the idea that men do more and that they provide more for their country than women do. For example, by women being in government it increases the way women are represented in different senior management positions, which can include being on corporate boards. Secondly having women in government allows for less bias ideas. With women filling leadership roles in the government, they think of ideas that men would not likely think twice about, and women would most likely spend more time thinking about that idea and improving the plan of action. Also having women in government provides opportunities that other people might not be able to come up with. As we stated before women may think more about one idea and or concept that men would and this would possibly cause better ideas to be made. Lastly with women in government it allows for more ideas and for women to have a louder voice. Women think differently then men do so this would allow women to come up with new and different ideas.
