You open a carton of eggs and grab a white egg and brown egg. After cracking both of them open, you see that the insides are exactly the same. Next, you cook both the eggs and eat them. They taste and look equivalent. The same goes for society. We may all be different races, but we still have the same interior. Young adults around the world of different ethnicities, sex, or spiritualities have reported being treated unjust. All of humanity is equal no matter their race, gender, or religion. Even through our ethnicity is inevitable, we still get unbiased treatment. Seven out of ten African Americans say they have encountered discrimination. In the book, To Kill a Mockingbird, Tom experiences intolerance due to his African American race. Ethnicity unfairness can also be found when applying for a job or in a workplace. Caucasian people are more likely to get a job than African Americans, Hispanics, and Asian people. They will also be paid more even if it is the same job. This is all unethical. Another example of racial intolerance was in the poem, Crossing the Border. The man starts receiving questions by the border patrol because of his ethnicity. Race should not divide us. Instead we should work together and end discrimination together. We need to be more compassionate to one another. The different ethnicities may make us look different on the outside but we still are human with the same …show more content…
Sometimes they hear a joke a think it’s the funniest joke ever, but truly it just hurts others. Society sometimes thinks that it is just cool to discriminate against others. It is just wrong; and definitely not cool. Unfair treatment can make somebody feel horrible on the inside. Even through the person doing the biased conduct might think it is funny, the words permeate through the other person’s skin and stick with them. An individual should not make jokes about someone’s race, religion, or gender. Mario Balotelli once said, “You can't delete racism. It's like a cigarette. You can't stop smoking if you don't want to, and you can't stop racism if people don't want to. But I'll do everything I can to help.” This quote says so much about unfair conduct. This is why we need to stop unjust

Imagine a monotonous world, where people possessed the same tone and features as others around them. Now imagine this monotonous world became a place of existence through colonization, and abrogated practices of uniformity to an idea of supremacy. Because every person’s physical makeup would then be the equivalent of the other, this hypothetical place could possibly eliminate discriminatory acts against individuals, and groups based on race, or skin color. Unfortunately, we do not live in this world. Instead we live in a world where society separates, group, and ostracize us based on our differences.…
