In today’s world, the gender gap is being analyzed, looking for high possibilities to become a country richer. In countries like Australia and New Zealand have a high score in the gender gap world ranking, but still have some challenges to in face to get the best score, they have a gender gap in the workforce; in terms of Salaries, and types of work.
These communities in terms of salary have similarities and differences, (between the men and women workforce in both countries). Furthermore, the index of “estimated in earned income in the gender workforce” (WEF 2014), Australia has a ratio of one over 1 (100 % of gender equity) and a ranking of 63, in the gender gap index by World Economic Forum (WEF).
