Gender Equality. What exactly is Gender Equality? It is unacceptable. Gender inequality is a significant matter that reflects on Australia today. Fairness and equality in sport does not exist and remain today due to men and women’s pay difference, the disgraceful diversity between media exposure and lastly, presented stereotypes for women playing particular sports. When you hear the word dominance, involving gender equality, what first pops into your mind? In sport, it has also been the same ever since the first fleet landed.
