New York came into this game with one goal in mind, to contain the dynamic skillset of Miami’s Jay Ajayi and force quarterback Jay Cutler to beat them. They did just that as the 2016 pro bowler finished with just 16 rushing yards on 11 carries while Cutler completed just 26/44 passes while tacking on to his notorious interception count over the years. In fact, the one touchdown Cutler through in this game came with just 6 second left on the clock in the 4th quarter down by 20. It was no surprise to anyone who watched this game that the Dolphins kicker, Cody Parkey, would miss the PAT just seconds later to wrap up what was an embarrassment to Miami football.
