Gender Differences Between Basketball And Micaya White

This article is about girls who chose to play and love volleyball over basketball. Over the past few years, more high school girls have chose to play volleyball rather than basketball. The number of volleyball players have risen while the number of basketball players have dropped. Reaction time and needing a strong base and ready arms is something players from both sports need to have. Both sports are more alike than different. Basketball is a sport that takes time to master, the player needs to practice a lot more. On the other hand, volleyball has lower expectations and the sport is very much easier to master.

One girl, Micaya White, grew up in a family of basketball players - her dad played for the NBA and her brother is the starting center
