Bree’s therapist holds off from signing and tells Brie she has to deal with the problem. When Bree goes to bail Toby out she is unaware that Toby’s mother has died and that he is alone, so Bree pretends to be a Christian social worker in order to insure Toby gets placed somewhere safe. Bree couldn’t walk away after knowing Toby would be all alone in the world even though all she wanted was to get back in time for her major surgery.
