Gay Adoption Pros And Cons

Too bad I can’t choose my parents, is a common phrase uttered by hormonal tennager after a fight with their parents. Yet many kids wish that they could make the choice to have parents in their hands. A huge amount of children who are in foster care are not being taken to a loving home because of the belief that homosexual parents are not suitable enough to adopt children. In reality, no matter what their foster parents’ sexual orientation is, every child deserves the chance to have two caring parents. This is based off false claims against homosexual parents, and the growing amount of kids who are in need of parents that will take care of them. In the article, Laws Should Support Loving Households, Straight or Not, Becky Birtha discusses why the government should allow homosexual parents to adopt foster children.
