Gaudenzia staff consist of a licensed program director, licensed program manager, several licensed mental health therapists, several certified and substance abuse counselors, two vocation specialist, and several substance abuse counselor and mental health therapist interns. The mental health therapist and substance abuse counselors manage caseloads of up to thirty-five clients. They provide individual sessions, group therapy, couples and family counseling to the clients on their caseloads. Gaudenzia received a contract from the Federal Bureau of Prisons to provide substance abuse and mental health services for offenders released to the local halfway house and they receive referrals from the United States Probation Office.
