Mrs. [Name] returns today. She has had some slight hematuria, and significant dysuria. She has a history of UTI's, and did have blood _____(rather?) once before.

Her is past medical history is otherwise notable for osteoporosis, and she wondered about seeing one of the specialists here as another doctor has recommended an IV bisphosphonates for her. She does have a history of gastritis, but it is not clear whether or not it is related to the bisphosphonates.

On exam today she is well-appearing.
Her blood pressure is _____/72. Temp 36.7.
Chest is clear.
Cardiac: No murmur or gallop.
The abdomen is benign with slight bilateral CVA tenderness, suprapubic tenderness.
