PER REPORTER: This is 2nd hand information from another source. The reporter has no 1st hand experience with the family but was told so much information that needed to be looked in to. Per reporter, there are concerns that the children are left unattended daily. It is unknown for how long but it happens a lot of the time. It is unknown if the children have been harmed or hurt due to being left unattended. There is possible drug use in the home by the parents. The source suspects the parents are using crystal meth. According to the source, Brett is incontinent of bowels and bladder. He soils his clothes and throws them away or tries to hide them. The parents are aware of this.
