PER REPORTER: This is 2nd hand information from another source. The reporter has no 1st hand experience with the family but was told so much information that needed to be looked in to. Per reporter, there are concerns that the children are left unattended daily. It is unknown for how long but it happens a lot of the time. It is unknown if the children have been harmed or hurt due to being left unattended. There is possible drug use in the home by the parents. The source suspects the parents are using crystal meth. The parents are withdrawn from the family. The parents stories don't match up when asked the same thing but at different times. There are concerns for alcohol use. There were no other details about

According to the source, Brett is incontinent of bowels and bladder. He soils his clothes and throws them away or tries to hide them. The parents are aware of this. There is no condition the reporter is aware of. A source asked the parents to take him to the doctor. There was an appointment made but was canceled by the mother due to father possibly having to work. The children have asked to live with relatives but it's unknown why. Garrett has lost 15 pounds in 2 months. It is possibly related to football practice but it is unknown. There have been several Hartfield household family members who have had scabies since the Spring. They have passed it on to other people. There are concerns the scabies have not been treated appropriately at the Hartfield home. Brady is the one who had it. He did have treatment but months later he infected someone else. According to the source, the children are only allowed to use 1 towel a week. Adrian has said he is considering putting dividers in a shed behind the home and let the children live there.
