I am writing this letter to bring it to the headquarters attention that one of your properties “Garfield Hills, in the District of Columbia management is harassing my family member.
Unfortunately, due to the countless harassment tempts evoked by your rental office manager, my family member does not feel that they can count on anyone from the corporate office to step in and hear their story.
I understand that SE, Washington DC is not one of the safest neighborhoods’, however; I would expect that due the median income level at Garfield Hills, that discrimination based on sex and age would not be tolerated from a corporate level.
If you company has management in place to oversee the complex, at no time should the management perform targeted acts
