Gardiners Best Plan Of Action: Case Study

Personally, I believe that it is Gardiners best plan of action. Going into an expansion into social media is a tricky endeavor and by going into it slower will give the company the time to train employees on the addition of social media. It also allows the company to use their stock to accommodate the purchases coming in from the customers online. This will also give them time to either purchase a system to update and monitor the system or to hire a specialist that will maintain the server for Gardiners.
There are risks to only updating the system at night because the company may sell an item not in stock to a customer because they are not monitoring it all day and night. This can have a negative impact on customer retention. If they sell
