Garden Foods Distributor is a beverage distributor located in Dearborn, MI, and distributes to gas stations, convenient stores, party stores, grocery stores, and supermarkets all across Southeast Michigan in Wayne County, Washtenaw County, and Oakland County. The company consists of, 25 sales people; one of which is the sales supervisor, 10 drivers, 10 warehouse employees; two of which are supervisors, three office secretaries, a part-time accountant, a bookkeeper, and three managers which includes the owner. The company operates 24 hours a day, six days a week, with certain departments working on Saturday, and Sunday being the only day they are closed.

Though their may be some things that she can improve on, her presence has a clear impact on how some things are ran. The first trait that Rabab clearly shows is extraversion. Rabab displays this trait by being extremely dedicated in the well being of the company. She cares about all the employees and the well being of the employees. Though sometimes she may be overly assertive with the way she wants things to be done, she is still able to hold strong relationships with her employees. Rabab is extremely sufficient in conscientiousness, she is always on top of things and is very timely with her work. She is organized and is up to date with every detail from suppliers to customers. A trait that Rabab is slightly deficient in is openness to experience. She is a very “by the book” person and does not like changing the way things are being operated if they are working fine. Though she does not say that she doesn’t like hearing others way of doing things, it is implied by her personality. Another trait Rabab is slightly deficient in is Intelligence. When faced with a difficult situation such as a customer being dissatisfied, she tends so disagree with the customer and not like things to go the customers’ way, which can be problematic at certain times. Her emotional intelligence tends to be similar, though at times she is accepting of how people feel, she can be very negligent in how happy someone is, as …show more content…
A way to develop Rabab’s leadership traits are for her to spend time training with Chaker and learning how he deals with people. The problem that Rabab faces in not in her work ethic, but in her work relations. Spending time with Chaker will be easy and will not have any negative effects on her performance. These are just a few examples of how many organizations deal with leadership.
