My boy Gandhi was assassinated. He was at the Birla House in New Delhi sitting on the step about to attend a prayer meeting. He was surrounded by some of his family and followers when Nathuram Godse, a militant Hindu nationalist and a active member of the Hindu Mahasabha, walked up and shot him in the chest three times. Here are some miscellaneous things about Gandhi. Some of Gandhi’s favorite foods are rice and dal, chapati, yogurt, brinjal, radish, pumpkin, peda, and squash. His favorite color was blue. Blue is a peaceful and tranquil color that causes the body to produce calming chemicals. Gandhi was five foot five inches tall. He weighed 110 pounds. Gandhi won many awards among them are Man of the Year in 1930. He carried false teeth in his loin cloth. There are not many photos of Gandhi because he hated to take photos. He was afraid of the dark. He got married at 18 years old and had two children. Gandhi was a true hero. He stood up for the people who couldn’t for themselves and did it in a way where no harm was done to anyone. I think we can all learn lesson from Gandhi.
