Before joining Gamara Program, Picher worked as a Certified Public Accountant at multinational but due to her willingness to help other people, she decided to join Gamara. The charismatic director holds a BBA degree in Accounting from the University of Texas, Austin. Her leadership style has also seen her receive numerous awards and recognitions.
