One of the most important ways to measure one’s success is the happiness he or she experiences in day to day life. To survive, especially in the United States, it is essential to have a job. That chosen job should bring someone joy, and he or she should be passionate about it so that the best quality of life will be achieved. It requires self-reflection to figure out what the best job is for a person. An efficient tool for making this decision is Gallup’s StrengthFinder. It is a series of questions that determines the top five strengths out of 34 that a person possesses. Knowing other strengths and weaknesses are also beneficial. As of now, I would like to be an art director. I do not want to work for a large agency, but a single person or a small firm with a handful of people. I have a passion for music so it would be great to work for an artist or a record label. I plan to take some art classes to better my art skills, digitally and
