The Galapagos turtle is the biggest turtle that is in the world. The turtle is huge at a whopping 4 ft. long. They are not only big but they also live a really long time on average they usually live to be older than 150 years old. Even though they are so big they are surprisingly not carnivores they are Herbivores. This means they don’t eat meat instead they only eats plants. Most of these turtles still live on the pacific islands due to goats. Because goats eat what they eat there is less of it where goats live.

The Galapagos Turtle is very slow. At the very most they go about 1 mile per hour. During mating season, the male turtles are able to go about 13 km in 2 days. With the turtle being very slow it is also
