Gaining A College Education

What does your college education mean to you?

College is like starting a new chapter of my life. Since my ultimate goal would be to become a Physician Assistant (PA) and give back to the community. Thus, getting a college education would be significant for me as it will enable me to reach the target. I will not only learn to manage my time and study efficiently but also learn to cooperate, share, and mingle with others that I would not learn if I did not choose to attend college. I expect to grow much more mature as a person throughout the four years at the Univeristy of Minnesota by gaining lots of experiences as possible either academically or non-academically.

To me, a good citizen is someone who aspires to learn as much as they can about the world, and do as much as they can to connect to the different people that live in this world everyday. Travelling across the world, or even to the next state, allows for a person to have different experiences and have new relationships. These relationships are the foundation of our society, allowing for the spread of knowledge and perspectives. This creates a world where we become more tolerable to other cultures and aren't afraid to try something new.…
