1. A major problem faced by GaGa is that their products are not positioned in a location that every shopper at the grocery store will see. The video explained that their products are positioned behind freezer doors, and sometimes, their different products are separated by up to five doors. A marketing research program could help solve this problem by figuring out where the best locations are for GaGa products.
