Discrimination of humanity is not mentioned in any religious scriptures. It is just created by human beings.As the abhanga goes,
“Je ka rnjale ganjale, tyasi mhane jo aapule, tochi sadhu olkhawa, deo tethechi janawa”
(One who considers the distressed and the suppressed as their own,he is tobe known as Sadhu and God gets in him).

Once, he came to Akola. The devotees and the listeners came from different places and villages to listen to his kirtan. Pundlik Madankar from Kasabegavhan and Gopal Nilkanth Dandekar attended Baba’s kirtan. Gadge Baba started his kirtan. The listeners were enthralled by Baba’s thoughts. Pundlik Madankar and Gopal Nilkanth Dandekar were deeply impressed by the kirtan of Baba. During his kirtan, they bowed to and tried to touch the feet of Gadge Baba. As soon as they bowed to pay respect, Baba struck a blow of broom on their back. That was called Baba’s broom prasad. He never came back to get involved in the family. He considered the whole world as his family. He didn’t touch money. He never ate food for nothing. He worked first and then begged for food. He constantly stuck to his service to people and kirtan seva, which was his vairagya. The service to the poor, weaker and disabled is the true bhakti of God. Such saints are really a rarity. Continuous recital of God’s name filled his heart with Knowledge, Bhakti and Vairagya. Following the words of Gadge Baba, Nivrutti Aappaji Katkar renovated Hanuman temple at Mumbai. Inaugural function of this renovated temple was held in the presence of Kakasaheb Khare and selfless Karmayogi Gadge Baba. On the occasion of inaugural function, Gadge Baba said that it was only because of their unity that temple of humanity was created.Gadge Baba highly praised them for their devotion. Once, Saints’gathering(SantSammelan) was held at Pandharpur. Rashtra Sant Tukdoji Maharaj was personally present for this gathering. They insisted Gadge Baba to attend this kirtan. Baba arrived at that gathering. While addressing the people he said that such religious gatherings must be organised.
