The grace of God and the help of my sophomore history teacher Mrs. Perkinson, have lead me across a never ending journey towards attributing to my success. The success of graduating high school in the next few months, making an effort in attending college, applying for this once in a lifetime GMS scholarship, and also the success of believing in myself when I feel like I’m a failure. No matter how many times I said, “I don’t think I’m going to pass or I can’t do this”, I always knew I could turn to God.
