No! I don’t think that is a good idea! If steps are taken to reduce the movement of people, food and manufactured goods around the world, the global market will be extremely affected and there will be reduced in free flow of business transactions. Travel is a continuous process that often required travellers to partake in global activities of moving goods and services to every corner of the world. It is understandable that travelling activities can easily spread diseases around the world but alternate solution would be much better than reducing the level of human interaction.

The other options available that can reduced the spread of global diseases is to develop an efficient and effective collaboration between all nations to work together

Micro pathogens are virus, bacterium, parasites or chemical substances that entered into food from farm through contamination with toxic water which caused major food-borne disease to human. These microorganism pathogens caused several illnesses like diarrhea or meningitis which can lead to long term disease such as cancer. As globalization facilitate the movement of people to across borders to sell their goods, millions of people have been spreading diseases through the selling foods that have been contaminated with these pathogens. Government should create and implement good food safety system that will ensure proper food production and distribution in the country. Government should make sure that proper foods are made available to his people and the producers act responsibly. The consumers also have role to play to avoid food borne illness as most of foods are improperly prepared or mishandle when buying, selling or preparing at home. They should adopt proper hygiene practice. There are some foods that are not required to store together as most of the food borne diseases cross-contaminated. The cooked and raw foods should be stored separately. Food should be cook thoroughly and make sure hands are wash before and after touching raw foods. (W.H.O. (November 2014).

Genetically modified organisms (GMOs) are highly controversial because there are plenty of questions needed to be address by the genetic engineers or scientists regarding genetic modification and genetically modified organisms agriculture.
