There has been a bounty of scandals and controversies associated with the current administration during these past 6 years.

• Bowe Bergdahl and the Five Taliban Trade
• Obamacare
• Secret Service Sex Scandal
• Downplay of ISIS
• Associated Press Scandal
• NSA Scandal
These are but a few of the questionable acts from a very long list. One scandal in particular, is enough to raise a few hairs on your neck. That is the Internal Revenue Service scandal. Caution, if you value your right to privacy, read on.

While most of us may think that they should be enraged and cooperative to find and end, that has not been the case. It should come as no surprise that the administration has instead, attempted to rebuke the scandal altogether. Scandal? What scandal? They have even pushed the blame onto congressional policies. At this time, there has not been any proof showing that the administration is directly involved in the IRS scandal. However, it begs one to wonder the true reason behind it to begin with.
Let’s think about that for a moment. Conservative groups were primarily targeted during a period that ran up to the 2012 election year. The election year came and the left won the votes. Had the conservative groups not been targeted by the IRS, would that have changed the election in any way? Maybe, but we may never know.

One of the frightening aspects about this whole situation is that it even happened to begin with. The IRS is supposed to be a politically neutral tool of the government. However, bias is everywhere these days. Imagine the power behind these kinds of actions if they were simply allowed. What if this kind of behavior were legally permitted? Our freedoms would then be potentially eradicated based on our personal beliefs and views. We could all be forced with the decision to accept and follow, or stand and be scrutinized, penalized, and discriminated against.
Thankfully, we still have the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights on our side to prevent this. However, if we are not diligent in standing up for and maintaining these rights as established by our forefathers, who knows where we would find ourselves. Let us stand for our country and our freedoms, and pray it never comes to that. The world is changing, and it doesn’t seem to be changing for the better. We must defend our rights, or lose them
